Founder of True North

With over 20 years of experience in education, Mrs. Tejpal is a dedicated and passionate educator who has taught across all grade levels, from kindergarten through 12th grade. Most recently, Mrs. Tejpal served as a science and biology teacher at Pleasant Grove High School, where she inspired students to explore the natural world through hands-on learning and critical thinking. Throughout Her career, Mrs. Tejpal has remained committed to nurturing curiosity, academic growth, and student confidence in and beyond the classroom.

Now embarking on an exciting new chapter, Mrs. Tejpal is the founder of a True North Montessori preschool designed to foster a safe, enriching, and joyful environment where children can learn at their own pace. Rooted in the Montessori philosophy of self-directed exploration, the school emphasizes independence, creativity, and collaboration. Mrs. Tejpal is equally committed to building strong relationships with families, believing that a child's growth is best supported through open communication and shared engagement between educators and parents.
